Lauren J Kester
Lauren is the Chief Network Officer and founder of the Chasing the Sun Collective. Prior to starting the Chasing the Sun, Lauren held senior leadership and partnership positions at KornFerry, Deloitte, EY and Hay Group, where she built highly successful global teams and businesses.
In addition to her experience as a Business Advisor, Executive Coach and Key Note Speaker, Lauren spent many years working with MIT and Sloan Business School in the pursuit of applying groundbreaking neuroscience research to leadership and executive behavior domains.
Her work has been implemented and scaled through some of the world's largest and forward-thinking organizations and led to citations in the Harvard Business Review, Australian Financial Times and Channel News Asia.
Steven Willekens
Steven Willekens is founder and Managing Partner of Bright Management Consulting, a close affiliate of Chasing the Sun. Steven brings additional strength and scale to our core offerings in the areas of Top Team Diagnosis and Improvement, Executive Assessment and Coaching, and complex Business & Organizational Transformations.
He was previously Head of Advisory Services at Spencer Stuart in Asia and prior to that he was the Director of MNC businesses for Hay Group Greater China.
He started his career in the EU lecturing in the areas of Organization Science and Strategy at Maastricht University and afterwards working at a Strategy Boutique Firm Magnitude Consulting in the Netherlands. He authored two publications in Harvard Business Review, is a UC Berkeley accredited Executive Coach, a KDVI (INSEAD) accredited Executive Team & Board Coach and holds an MSc in International Economics from Maastricht University.
Prof Dr Michael Netzley
Founder of Extend My Runway and Thrive After 45, Michael is an executive coach and affiliated faculty with IMD. As an award-winning facilitator and case writer, he specializes in applying neuroscience to enhance leadership, executive presence, and behavior change for peak performance and brain health.
Michael spent 15 years on the faculty of Singapore Management University (SMU) where he built an award-winning career in executive development and teaching excellence.
His efforts have been recognized with the 2011 Champions Award for innovative course design and delivery, the 2015 Best Case Award in entrepreneurship from EFMD, and 2021 Entrepreneur of the Year award from APAC Entrepreneur magazine.
Michael’s work has been featured in the New York Times, MIT’s Technology Review, Dialogue Review, and editorials appearing at Channel News Asia and Straits Times. He has also co-authored several books about business communication.
Paula Dellocchio
Paula Dellocchio is an Executive & Leadership Coach and Founder of Kakuaa Coaching, a close affiliate of Chasing the Sun.
With 17+ years in consulting, leadership development, and organizational transformation, Paula began her career at Swiss Re in Zurich, later moving to UBS and Accenture as a Director in Financial Services across Southeast Asia. Her passion for leadership led her to executive coaching, where she drives people-centered change.
An ICF ACC-certified coach, Brain-Based Coaching practitioner, PROSCI-certified Change Manager, and Hogan-certified practitioner, Paula blends strategy with human connection to help leaders build resilience, enhance team dynamics, and lead authentically. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, she supports diverse leaders worldwide.
